Marine Research Projects

Since 2008, Oceans Research has been at the forefront of marine research, conducting and facilitating a diverse range of projects across Southern Africa. Our marine research projects focus on studying marine life and ecosystems, investigating environmental changes, and contributing to ocean conservation efforts. These initiatives are essential for understanding the health of marine ecosystems and creating sustainable solutions to protect marine biodiversity. With a team of dedicated researchers, we have made significant discoveries that have enhanced our knowledge of ocean life and its conservation needs.

Terrestrial Research projects

Terrestrial Research projects

In 2013, Oceans Research expanded its scope to include terrestrial wildlife conservation and research. While this area of study is still in its early stages, our team has already embarked on several exciting projects aimed at studying the behavior, ecology, and conservation of terrestrial species. These research projects are vital for addressing the challenges faced by land-based wildlife, ensuring that our efforts to preserve biodiversity extend beyond the oceans to protect the animals that share our land. At the moment these projects are on hold.
